SOLCERA as been creating, manufacturing and marketing the agricultural spray nozzles of the ALBUZ®.  brand for more than 50 years. The exceptional properties of its nozzles make ALBUZ® the market leader in the ceramic agricultural spray nozzle. Millions of farmers in more than 50 countries around the world trust ALBUZ®.The design and manufacture of the nozzles, as well as the assembly and control, are carried out in our plant in Evreux, in Normandy.

The ceramic specialist

With a history of more than 200 years, SOLCERA has accompanied the development of technical ceramics in France and around the world. After a long period of belonging to large industrial groups, such as Saint-Gobain, Peechney, Lafarge and more recently CoorsTek, the company is now independent with its two production sites in Évreux and Moissy-Cramayel.

Our strategy is based on recognised know-how in the design and manufacture of technical ceramics, glass-metal and ceramic-metal assemblies. Our technology platform is based on a wide range of oxide and non-oxide ceramics produced by a dedicated and expert team.

Innovation

Always listening to our customers and favouring co-development, SOLCERA designs and manufactures products that meet the most extreme requirements: corrosive and abrasive environment, high temperature, electrical insulation, high pressure, cryogenic, vacuum and ultra-freezing.

The spray nozzles ALBUZ® perfectly illustrate this orientation. We provide technical support from the design of the nozzle and we are a force for proposal in the production of prototypes to validate new ideas. Long-term partnerships with our clients, the day-to-day transmission of business expertise, a research and development team for innovation, all of which ensure the growth of our company and the sustainability of its know-how.

The entire manufacturing process is integrated into our factories: powder production, shaping, heat treatment, machining, assembly and control. The production of prototypes, as well as small and medium series, is carried out by our specialists whose recognized expertise and know-how have made our company successful.
